Do you remember when I told you that I took a chance and impulsively signed myself up to go to the famous Silver Bella in November?
Well, since it is my first year, I was assigned a Big Bella Sister to answer my questions and give me the inside scoop on all things SB related....
My Big Bella Sister is Kim Hanauer and today she called me on the phone to chat and to tell me that a surprise package was in the mail.
Just a little while later....sure enough...a package was delivered with the mail!
And what a package it was!
Kim called it an Inspiration Kit....something to get me going, to spur me on to get creative!
It was filled with so many wonderful things!
Look at these vintage wall papers....
...she has a large collection of these and sells them in her Etsy shop
Two old quilt blocks....beautiful blues!
A little tin filled with tiny bits and bobs, beads and fasteners...
...and the tiniest, sweetest frozen Charlotte!
Did I tell you how much I love this indigo blue in the antique quilt block she sent?
...and then there were vintage laces and ribbons and velvets...
...and millinery flowers and crochet pieces...
Kim has made me feel so welcome and special.
Now the pressure is on to be creative....hope I don't disappoint!
Thank you so much Kim!
I can't wait to meet her in person along with all the other Silver Bella girls in November.
There was a Silver Bella online chat earlier this evening...
... and let me say this...
...those creative and crafty ladies are ready for a good time!
And now....
Have you been over to Maryanne's Beadboard Upcountry blog tonight?

Tonight was the launch of Beadboard UpCountry's Trunk Sale featuring this beautiful knitwear.
I would love to wear that first one to Silver Bella! :)
Tomorrow Dan and I are heading up to the lake and will spend some time with family.
My Mom is continuing treatment and holding her own.
Thank you all for your prayers and good wishes!
I hope the weekend brings peace and joy...
Take care
:)
